health/travel insurance for my Aunt and Uncle

I am looking to buy health/travel insurance for my Aunt 86, and Uncle 70 to travel for a family function to Sydney Australia. This will take place in January 2018 for 2 weeks. My Aunt has arthritis and osteoporosis and my Uncle had a heart attack a few years back but has a letter from his doctor clearing him to travel. I cannot get them a visa without the necessary health/travel insurance and I am hoping you can either help me or put me in touch with a company that can Kind regards
