Insurance for traveling to USA

I am a US citizen living and working in Croatia. I am also a Croatian citizen. I have dual citizenship. I have health insurance in Croatia. I will be travelling to the USA for three months and would need some trip protection and medical insurance for myself and my three children (ages 4, 2, and 1). They are also US citizens, as well as Croatian. We all have residence in Croatia, but we use US passports. My husband will also be with us. He is a Croatian and has a Croatian passport. Which travel/medical insurance could we buy - either all 5 of us on one policy or two separate policies - one for myself and my children and another for my non-US citizen husband? Something that could cover the children getting sick or any hospital emergencies. I know some policies specify your HOME or where you are a resident. Our residence is in Croatia. Thank you

Preventative, routine, well baby checks are not included within coverage nor any coverage for medications related to pre-existing conditions or immunizations.

Thank you for your response. I have a few questions.
I was told by another insurance company that I can NOT buy Safe Travels USA Cost Saver for more than 30 days since I am a US citizen. You've stated that I can buy this for a maximum of 90 days. Is this correct? If so, would Safe Travels USA be a better option, as this one is a primary insurance and the Cost Saver version is a secondary insurance - as far as I can tell.
Also, we will be spending most of our time in New York, but may travel to Boston and Washington DC, and possibly to Colorado. Are there restrictions as to which policies I can purchase for myself or for my husband?
My husband has a B1/B2 Travel Visa. What are his options for medical insurance which includes Trip Protection?

I just had the detailed conversation with the underwriter about this. And the policy does not have any language limiting the duration of the policy for US citizen visiting USA as long as the home country is truly outside the US. Therefore, you can purchase for any duration you like. We were earlier told 90 days just as a caution to avoid the chances the some US citizen who actually permanently lives in the US may buy this insurance by mistake.
