Thank you for your response. As for the information requested:
Flying from NZ 1st April, returning back 28th April flying out from LA the night of 26th April.
Doing Oahu in Hawaii, LA, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Phoenix, Atlanta and then to Orlando in Florida and fly back out of LA.

I hope you will be able to work out states based on location information.

We looking at travel insurance that includes medical and others things that are generally covered in travel insurance plans like disruptions, general liability, rental excess, baggage loss etc.

Please clarify if one or more of the adults are the parents or legal guardian of the 3 traveling children. If, so would this individual be the 45 year old?
Also, if you could provide the ages of the 3 children traveling that would help us to generate a quote.

Yes, I-42 yrs old am the mother of the 3 kids aged 14, 10 and 7. The two seniors are my parents aged 65 and 71
