Discount for visitors insurance

Hi My parents are planning to visit me in USA . There trip is around 114 days. I am very interested in buying the Atlas essential america policy for both of my parents. When i look at it online i see the total quote is $759 I was just hoping if i can get any discounts on top of that and i will policy today itself. Please let me know . Thanks
