Visitor Insurance for H4 visa holder (wife)

Hi,

Could you please respond to below query.

I am currently living in California on H1B visa. My wife was covered under my employer's health insurance plan till Dec 2016, then she traveled to home country for two months and I cancelled her coverage.

Now she came back to California for Five months. My question to you, is she eligible to get Visitor insurance for Five months (Patriot America etc.( while she is on H4 visa.
