Refund on Medical Insurance(SRI)

I have bought Med Ins for my parents for six months. But my parents wants to go back before six months. The are here for near about 3months now. And they want to stay one more month and the they want to go back to India.

Since I have already bought the Med Ins for them for six months, is it possible to get back the amount for two months of insurance which they will not be using?

Please let me know. I also have to change the air ticket. Not sure how these thing works.

Refund policy in SRI (Inbound USA, Liaison International):

As long as there are no claims filed from day 1(since the effective date), insurance company will refund the pro-rated amount minus $50 cancellation fee.

In order to cancel you have to send us an email to admin at insubuy.com and mention the SRI Id (Inbound USA Id, Liaison ID etc.) and mention from when you would like to cancel the insurance. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the refund credit to appear back in your credit card.

Clarification: This refund is only in case of early departure. If you bought for 6 months and if you stayed for 6 months, you have completely used the insurance and there is no refund.
