Please let me know recommended medical health insurance for parents travelling from India to USA. Location Southern California.

Stay duration is five months.

Not much current medical issues. No BP/Diabities

Insurance to be safe just in case. Considering weather changes and southern California location specific impact - seeking recommendation.
