Question for Mr. Narendra

Hi Narendra,

I took a policy from Protection America for my MIL. The policy was effective from 01-May to 01-June. Since we were not sure about her stay, I took monthly so that I can renew policy.

Now as I forgot to renew the policy, do I need to apply fresh application with IMG (Protect America) OR do I need to buy insurance with other group OR can we retro back the renwal date.

Please clarify.
