I am shopping for Medical Insurance for my mom (59).

1) Has any one bought IMG Patriot America OR Protection America?

a) How was the experience - Did IMG paid for the medical bills, if not then what were the reasons?
b) How is the customer service?

2) Other Insurances?a) Any good/ bad experiences?
