Medical insurance for pre-existing conditions

Hello,

I need some suggestion and guidance for my parent’s medical insurance.

My parents are coming in to USA in June 2007. I need some suggestion about medical insurance for them. I went through some of questions in this forum and learnt that “No insurance company from any country covers pre-existing conditions for visitors to United States.”

Is this true? Is yes then how can we get medical insurance or coverage if there is any pre-existing condition but currently health is better? My mother is heart patient and had angioplasty around 5 years ago. She is keeping well but taking regular prescribed medicine for her blood pressure. Her age is 53 years. Can anybody suggest or share some experience how I can get medical insurance for her and which company is better?

Any suggestions or experience will help me to take decision.

Yes, that is true. No company trully covers pre-existing conditions for visitors to US.
