Insurance from India

Hi,

My in-laws are here in US for close to 2 months now. I have taken any insurance for them as they have all the necessary medicines required for their entire stay.

I heard somewhere that if we pay Rs.30000/- in India, they are eligible for some $6000 coverage here. Is it true?
