Need just an emergency cover

Hello Narendra and others,
I have purchased visitors insurance from here five times in the past. Thankfully I never had to use the insurance itself, but Narendra's team has been excellent in providing answers and support.
Narendra, for my in-laws (67, 57), I need just the emergency coverage in case of any accidents/injuries. Is IMG visitor protection plan right for me?

Fixed: Cheaper, limited.
Comprehensive: Better, more expensive.

If you would just like to cover major things, I suggest you buy comprehensive plan with higher deductible such as $1,000.
