Insurance for pre-existing conditions

Is there any insurance company that covers my mother’s preexisting medical condition?
My other is planning to travel to have a medical check up for a diagnosed lung disease.

Unfortunately, there is no plan from any company (either in US or in India) that will cover pre-existing conditions for visitors to USA. That is because they will clearly loose lot more money in claims than they can get in premiums.

And your mother's condition is clearly pre-existing condition.
