I want to buy International insurance, but I have the question for Atlas America insurance. Will the insurance cover for me from the time I depart from my country and the time I return to my country (the moment at arrival)?

Yes. Insurance is effective 12.01 AM Eastern Time in US the day you specify. Therefore, if you want to cover during the travel time as well, you should put effective date one day in advance of your departure.
