Dear Sir/Madam I was wondering if you may be able to help me. I would like to come to USA for elective surgery (Vasecomy Reversal) as an outpatient. I was wondering if you had a policy that would cover an enventuallity just in case something went wrong? I look forward to hearing from you.

There is no plan from any company anywhere that will cover pre-existing conditions or elective surgeries for visitors to USA. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
