patriot america vs. protection america

Hello,

My inlaws are planning to visit us for from India for about 6 months starting 11/16 and I have long decided that I would want to purchase the IMG insurance for both of them. I had some questions regarding the Protection
America and the Patriot America plans:

1. Can I purchase them for an initial period of three months and then renew on a monthly basis?
2. Incase I purchase any one of the two plans for say 3 months and they return back to India after say 2 months will I get a refund for the unused
remaining policy period?
3. Patriot America is NOT renewable. Does that mean its a better plan that
Protection America?

3. Being able to renew is a good thing. Therefore, Protection America is better.

And therefore, you should buy Protection America, as it is an enhanced version of Patriot America. Please let me know if you have any other questions
