Vistor Insurance Recommedation?

I read through quite a bit of messages on this forum and i see a lot of negative reviews. What i'm looking for is recommendations from users that used a insurance and found it to be useful (or) in your opinion is the insurance just not worth it at all.

As far as i can see options seem to be:
* All India Assurance
* New India Assurance
* buyamericaninsuarnce.com

My parents are between 60-69, in great health and visiting for 3 months.

It is certainly better to buy insurance from local US companies as it has many advantages over foreign company.

Thanks for the quick reply. Few questions:
1. I think for my purpose Fixed would work better. In your experience, is Visit USA (IMG) the best for Fixed?
2. What's the difference between consulting a physician vs. visiting a physician?
3. I saw on one of the pages that the insurance is not available in Florida. I live in NY but if we were to visit Florida and an emergency were to arise does it mean we wont be able to use the insurance in Florida?

1. Yes, Visitors Care is the best.
2. The difference is visiting a physician in the his/her office as outpatient vs. physician coming to visit you when you are admitted in the hospital.
3. You would be covered in Florida in such scenario.
