1) Is this good 50,000 coverage - what does it mean, 50 deductible
2) WIll this cover their journey from India to USA also
3) If I take 5 months but later on reduce the duration, can i do it.
4) Any contacts, where I can call and talk to some agent.

1. Inbound USA is a fixed coverage plan. If you take $50,000 policy maximum, it does not mean everything is covered 100%.

2. Yes, as long as insurance is effective during journey also. Insurance starts at 12.01 AM eastern time the day specify. Flights typically leave from India at 2 AM or 3 AM in the morning, which is still previous day here. Therefore, you should make the effective one day in advance of actual travel date.

3. As long as there is no claim filed from day 1, insurance company will refund the pro rated amount minus $50 cancellation fee.
