I am planning on buying a 6month insurance for my parents who are yet to arrive into US. In case they decide to go back earlier, would the insurance company refund the difference. Please advise. Thanks

Refund policy for Visitors Care:

As long as there are no claims from day 1, insurance company will refund the pro-rated amount minus $25 cancellation fee.

A clarification.
Many people think that they will get refund if there are no claims and they stay for entire duration. That is clearly NOT the case. If you buy for 4 months and if you stay in US for 4 months, keep the insurance for 4 months, you have completely used the insurance and there is no refund.
