Does anyone have experience with the *****.org India Network insurance. They say they cover pre-existing conditions upto 10% of policy max which could be about 15K for a policy of 150K. Is this genuine and has anyone ever used it?

If I buy this policy alongwith another policy for comprehensive coverage, will this help? are there other policies like this/better than this?
