Insurance for already pregnant

I am asking for a friend who will be visiting. Do you know of any short-term policies that cover pregnancy and childbirth for women who are already pregnant?

Unfortunately, no such plan exists from any copmany anywhere. It would be a clear loss to the insurance company to do that.
