Insurance for Visitors to USA and Canada

I had a question about Inbound insurance for visitors
Is the Inbound insurance valid for both USA and Canada ? Meaning if some visitors opt for Inbound, will the be be covered when they visit Canada ?

If the answer is No, can you suggest any other insurance which will be valid in both the countries ?

Inbound USA is for USA.

Similar plan is Visitors Care. It is for anywhere outside home country. And if the person is from India, anywhere outside India, including US and Canada.
