Insurance for my visiting parents

I stay in Seattle, US. My parents are
planning to visit me starting May 4th 2006. I am planning to buy medical
insurance for them from https://www.insubuy.com. My father is
69 years and mother is 66 years old. This is there 2nd visit to US. I have
following question:

1. Can I buy insurance for them by directly visiting your web site? or send an email to you?
2. As they are planning to be in the US starting may 4th for 6 months,
when should actually I buy insurance for them?
3. Is there any copay associated with any of the plans?
4. What happens when I take my parent to doctor for a normal visit (say
they have cough)? Do I need to pay copay or full amount and then claim it
later?
5. Is there any medical insurance card issued by the company which need to
be presented to the doctor's receptionist at the time of the service?

1. You can either apply online or we can take your application over the
phone.

2. You can buy insurance at any time. Insurance can start as early as the
next day or any future date you specify. In order to cover during travel
time also, make the effective date one day in advnace, that is May 3, 2006.
That means, you have to buy latest by May 2, 2006 (Eastern time).

3. There is no concept of copay in short term health insurance.
