Myself, age 78, and my wife, age 77, are planning to come to USA on a short visit and are interested in purchasing medical insurance to cover our stay in USA (mostly California). We are Indian citizens.

I have a basic question: can we buy insurance after arrival in USA under all or some of the available plans? If so, which?
