Delivering baby in USA

Hello, i am deepak residing in India. I am scheduled to visit usa in the month of Dec/Jan,2007 for some official purpose and my stay is for about three months. My wife also wants to accompany me to usa. Please tell me whether she can deliver baby in usa. She has visitor visa for usa and she has her aunt living in MA in usa. She want to see her as she is very old and suffering from arthitis. Will the hospital authorities in usa will object in admitting her as she has no medical insurance and no social security number.Can she get medication from hospital authorities in usa.Please advice.

As long as you are ready to pay all the expenses yourself, she can deliver the baby in the USA. There is no problem.

Thanks for replying Mr.Narendra Khatri. Can she be able to get admission in some Govt. Hospital in Massachusetts and also doctors can prescribe medicines to her as me and my wife don't have SSN. Is any insurance is required for all this.

Just like India, just pay cash everywhere you need services. I have not seen any doctor or hospital refusing to accept cash.
