Medical insurance for my Parents.

My parents are coming to NJ, USA from India in september. They are 65-69
age bracket and have pre existing disease like B/P & dibetese. I have
following question:

1. What coverage should I take. - comp or fixed
2. With pre-existing condition like above any thing and every thing that
can happen to them can be attributed to it. So how does it make sense to
buy their insurance here.
