Travel Insurance for my parents

I am planning on buying insurance for my parents traveling tomorrow from India. My Dad 68yrs, Mom 60 yrs. Can not afford Comprehensive. Plan to buy either InBound or Visitors Care. I live in Fishers and InBound is Carmel based. Which one is better and what is the best way to buy it ASAP?
