Visitors insurance for mother-in-law and sister-in-law

I have the following questions
I need insurance for 2 people for a maximum of 6 months starting from november to May for my mother in law: 56 year old, healthy with no known major illness and her daughter aged 27 years, 90% handicapped, no illness or disease conditions except for the fact that she has cerebral palsy, in simple words she is dependent on her mother.
I do have certifcates that explain her condition in detail.

Can you give me a decent quote on the expenses for both of them. Also can you tell me when am I suppose to buy it, if they are going to come in November.
