Help to choose Visitors Insurance

I am in the process of buying the health insurance for my parents who are already in San Jose, CA. I should have done it earlier before their arrival (9/16/2006), from Bangladesh, anyway better late than never.

I visited buy american insurence website and the discussion forum,seems like everybody is favoring Protect America and talking very high of you.

My Dad is 71 yrs old and he has Asthma, I anticipate his helth problems while staying here with us,God forbid,will be most likely related to his Asthma. But insurence does not cover pre existing condition. Please give me better insight why should I still get the insurence for him?

I'm in Macomb, IL (Zip 61455), if they visit me here, my nearest McDonough District Hospital and the Doctors that I know are not in the network...isn't that a big problem.
