J-2 and B-2

I am a J-1 visa holder. I need to buy an insurance for my 10 y.o. daughter (J-2) and my mom (B-2).
What would you recommend to do?The J-2 insurance companies offer to cover both mine and my daughter's insurance, but I have had my insurance. Is it cheaper to buy a regular (not J-2 holder's) insurance for my daughter and my mom?
