Advice on Travel Health Insurance

I too live in Herndon. I was going thru some of your postings. My in-laws are coming here in March 1st week. They are healthy and 61/51 years of age. What type of insurance you recommend. They are looking at some insurance companies in India (Star Health). I just wanted to check your opinion.
