Need insurance both in USA and in India

I am a US citizen and am planning to relocate to India as part of my work within a couple of months. I am 44, married - my wife is 32. She is pregnant (12 weeks). I will be residing in India most of the time and my wife will be in India for a few months and will then come back here (Cambridge, MA) for her delivery.
I am inrested in receiving some information about possible coverage for us, taking into consideration the details given here. Please let me know if you need any additional details at this stage.

If your wife is already pregnant, there is no insurance from any company
that would cover her pregnancy.
The best thing I suggest is deliver the baby in India. (Baby will still be
US citizen if you are. Nothing to worry from immigration aspects.) There are
excellent facilities available there and the cost is such that you get can
pay for it yourself.
