Visitors to USA - Health Insurance!

My parents will be visiting USA in early march. I am planning to buy health insurance for them here. I read some reviews about your recommendations etc on Immihelp.
I have a couple of questions & I need your input.
1) My dad is 66 years old (7/ 1940),has diabetes. So I need a comprehensive health plan for him for 100,000 $. I am aware pre-existing conditions are not covered.Can you please suggest which is the best insurance company plan to buy & what would the monthly premium be? I would like a refundable policy as I am not sure how long they will stay. My dad may return back early

2) My mom is 61 years old & apparently healthy so far. I would like to know what the monthly premium is for 50,000$. I would also like refundable policy for her too.
