Coming to US on E-2 visa

Dear Sir/Madam, I will be living in the United States as from june 1st along with my girlfriend. My status will be E-2 and her's B2 visitor's visa. I'm currently looking to find out whether it will be possible for her to get a medical insurance while having a visitor's visa (no SSN}).. Thank you
