Visitors insurance for parents from England

I'm looking for travel and health insurance for my parents who reside in England and are coming to California, USA for a 3 week visit. They are 75 years old. My father is diabetic type 2 for the past 4 years, had a mild stroke 4 years ago, and is on high blood pressure medicine. What is the best coverage to get them and with what company? Should he have another stroke or any complications from high blood pressure or diabetis we need that medical care to be covered. Thanks.
