Information required for Liaison International

I am trying to purchase visitor insurance for my Parents who would be visiting me for 3 months. I have few questions:

1. how is "Liaison International" related to insubuy. Is insubuy an agent of "Liaison International" ?
2. Can I buy the policy for 1 month and renew it after 1 month. What would be renewal fee?
3. I am staying at Mountain View, California. If I visit a doctor here at the following hopitals:

Camino Medical, Mountain View,
El Camino Hospital, Mountain View

how I could make a claim? Will the hospital bill your company directly or should I pay upfront and then file a claim?

4. How long it takes to process the application? Can I access a temporary ID card instantly after I fill the application online?

Please clarify.

1. We are insurance brokers and offer insurance products from many different companies. And Liaison International is one of the products.

2. Yes, you can renew. Every time you renew, there would be $5 renewal fee.

Thanks Narendra for the immediate response. Is there a way for me to pay in installments rather than paying the entire amount for 3 months?
And while filling the online form, in the "Coverage Information" form under "Insured Information", there are two lines - "self" and "spouse". "self" would be referring to my Father right? Please clarify.

In short term plans, buying and paying is one and same thing.
If you want to buy for 3 months, you pay for 3 months NOW.
On other hand, if you want to pay monthly, you have to purchase for 1 month and then renew it.

Spouse - Your mother.
