Playing ice hockey at school in Lake Placid

Could you please give me a quote for health insurance for the following

My son is coming to School in Lake Placid New York on 9th September, to play Ice hockey, we require medical insurance.

He will be at school unitl June 13th 2008.

He is only 16 years old – he will be studying full time at Northwood School at Lake Placid – it is not professional hockey and he will not be paid anything.
