Age bracket for visitor medical insurance

I am thinking of buying insurance for my mom who is visiting us and will be in U.S. on this Sunday. Her date of birth is 8/31/1937. When I check for quotes should I check the ones for 65-69 years age or 70 and above? I am thinking of buying for at least 3 months and as long as 6 months.

Bottomline: She is 69 now and turning 70 at the end of the month. Am I allowed to buy the coverage under the 65-69 age category or do I need to buy under the 70 and older category. I appreciate your help.
