Date of return to home country in IMG insurance

Hi, I am interested in purchasing your insuance as I will be travelling to the USA on a Fiance visa soon. However, I am unsure of what to do regarding your online form as it asks for a "return date" as a compulsory element of the application. I only require 1 month's coverage as I am eligible to join my new husband's work insurance following our marriage and will not be returning to the UK at the end of my insurance period.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried to fill in the form but I'm not sure what to put for my home country. I am resident in the UK until the 13th October when the policy will start but then I will be emigrating to the USA with no UK address. The form doesn't allow me to state my home country as the USA but it must be as that's why I am emigrating. Maybe I have misunderstood this aspect of the form.
