Patriot America for parents' visitors insurance

I plan to buy health insurance for my parents both below 69 for more than 3 months.
Looking Patriot, Atlas and WorldMed for about 500K.
In terms of customer service and reputation for paying out, which one is better?

BTW I do not see Patriot mentioned on other insurance sites, except yours. Is that from you guys? Any concerns because of that?
