Visitor insurance for USA - Blood pressure and diabetes

My parents will be travelling to the US from Jan 15 - Apr 15, 2008. My father is 72 and my mother is 67. Both have blood pressure and in addition my mother is mildly diabetic. They need insurance that will cover them both for heart attack/stroke. Could you please recommend me a product ? Thank you.

accidents that may occur after the effective date of the policy. It will not
cover any pre-existing conditions nor preventive check ups. It will be
