Visitor insurance after staying in US for more than 30 days

I am trying to buy insurance for a visitor who has been in the USA for more than 30 days. You forms do not seem to allow this purchase. Please help me in getting this through

There are several products that won't allow you to purchase it if the person is above 65+ years of age and has been without insurance for 30 days or more in US. However, we do have other products that you can purchase.

Please visit https://www.insubuy.com/ and select 'Arrival in USA' as 'Arrived within 1 year'. You would several products that have 'Prior Insurance Required' in red color. But you can purchase any other ones.
