Dear Sir, Let me first introduce myself to you. I am a Graduate Student pursuing Doctorate Program in Mechanical Engineering at University of Nevada Las Vegas. My home country is India and I am here on a F1 Student Visa. I am bringing my child and spouse in the month of June to Las Vegas. They are in F2 dependent Visa. I already have my mandatory health insurance from UNLV. I need to purchase health insurance for my wife and child. I was going through ur inbound american health insurance plans I request you to kindly answer me the following queries:
1. Can I purchase the policy for them with my wife being the primary insured?
2. Do you have policy for my child who will be around 8 months when he will come to US?
2. Will my child vaccination and general visit to physician be covered?
3. I need the coverage for at least net three years. What will happen after 12 months?
4. Are all hospitals in Vegas covered under ur insurance and do u have any preferred hospital networks. waiting for your reply, regards,

You can buy student insurance for dependents only if you are buying for yourself as well. Otherwise, you have to look into the visitors insurance category.

1. Can these plans be also renewed for three years?

2. Do my wife and child need to stay for min 6 months to purchase these insurance ?

3. How much medical bill I have to pay for each visit ( I mean is it 80-20% or 90-10% or something else?

Sorry to bother you again.
After going through various policies i have decided to buy Patriot America Insurance for my wife and kid.
I have just one final query.
suppose I take a policy coverage of $100000, initially for three months and then subsequently renew every three months or six months, I just want to know in case the insurance company pays my medical bill worth $5000, when I renew the policy will the coverage amount be reduced $95000 or it will still remain $100000.
