urgent - eligibility for person above 65

I was planning to buy Protection america US visitor insurance through 'InsuBuy' web site. While selecting the plan details, it mentioned that if the person is above 65 years please check page 16 Passport Protection for eligibility.

I want to buy visitor insurance for my mother (date of birth is Nov 1943) who is visiting from April 24, 08 till end of oct 08.

Does the 65years above eligibility has any impact or should I be considering other plans. Pls advise at the earliest

If the person is above 65 years of age, he must purchase the insurance before arrival in the US, or within 1 month of arrival in the US, or should have some prior insurance if he is already in the US for more than 1 month.

In other words, if the person is above 65 years of age, he should not be present in the US for more than 1 month without insurance.

As your mother is coming on April 24, she is not yet here. Therefore, she is definitely eligible to purchase Protection America.
