Narendra,
I need some advice - my parents are coming to the U.S. next month for 4 months and I am shopping for medical insurance for them. I have two questions:
(1) After looking at your site, my impression is that comprehensive plans offer the "real" medical insurance and are much preferable over the fixed plans. I was taken aback by someone writing that they got a bill of $29000 for heart attack and IMG's Visitor Care paid only $4500 or such. So is your advice, based on your experience, to buy the comprehensive plan?
(2) Since my dad is just past 70, my only affordable comprehensive plan option is the Protection America which offers $50,000 coverage. In your experience, is this sufficient limit? Both parents have hypertension but are otherwise in good health.
Thanks in advance,
