Travel insurance for my parents visiting United States

Hi,

I’m planning to buy medical insurance for my parents. Pl. provide me below details:

What will be major differential between insurance with coverage of $25K and $50K?
Initially I’m planning to buy insurance for 3 months. In that case, the card will have my address in California. Right? But in case, after 3 months, my parents want to go to brother’s place in New York for next 3 months, will the previous address matters? Or do I need to make the changes in address?

There are two types of insurance plans: fixed and comprehensive.

In $25,000, there is only fixed coverage plan, Visitors Care.
After the deductible, it pays $50/dr visit, $200/er visit, $2,000/surgery, $825/day hospital room and board and so on.

If you increase it to $50,000 Visitors Care,
After the deductible, $55/dr visit, $330/er visit, $3,300/surgery, $1400/day hospital room and board and so on.

On the other hand, if you buy Patriot America with $50,000 policy max, after the deductible, insurance company pay 90% for first $5,000 and then 100% up to the policy maximum.
