No last name for my mother-in-law : Visitors insurance

I would like to take an insurance to my mother-in-law and she doesn't have the Last name. in the Passport also she doesn't have. so when i am taking the Insurance, its asking me to provide the last name. please let me know how to solve this. Thanks,

Write 'LNU' as last name.

LNU = Last Name Unknown.
