My dad plan has had diabetes for a while and takes daily insulin injections. I know that no visitor insurance covers pre-existing conditions. My question is, what is the best way for him to get his daily medication. Will he be allowed to carry his required medication from back home? What options does he have? Please advise. Thanks.

What did you do?
I have the exact same case. Both my parents are diabetic and take insulin daily. Now can they legally get a supply of 6 months with them if they have doc's certificates or they have to hide it in the bag and pray that no one finds out....what was your experience?
