According to Tata AIG website,
Every time you want to visit a doctor, you have to first call a phone number in New Delhi and get authorization!
You have to take all your bills and after you return back to India, you have to submit them to Mumbai office, along with the proof of stamp in passport that shows you have returned back to India.
Also,
You don't get any health insurance card, and doctors/hospitals will not accept it. You will have to pay and try to claim in India! What about big expenses?
