Short term insurance for consultant from India

Hi, I am currently located in India and would shortly be going to Miami,Florida on company deputation.I am working in Tata Consultancy Services Ltd and I guess our company provides us with a health insurance of Cigna.I think that this default insurance is barely basic and there is a co-payment of 20% for all cases. Is there any option of upgrading this insurance to a comprehensive one? I expect to stay for 6 months-1 year. Is Cigna a good insurance in Miami ?(If not,what are the good ones ?) I would be travelling with my wife (29+). My age is 33+ Please advice
